Do I need an Executive Assistant to run this?
No. The prompt works if you set it up and run it yourself, and the setup takes about ten minutes. It's built the way we train our EAs to work though, so if you do have an assistant, the whole thing can sit with them and you never touch it again. That's how it runs here.
I'm not sure I want AI reading my inbox. Is that safe?
Fair question, and worth being deliberate about rather than talked out of. Two things handle it. First, you decide before you start what you're not comfortable being public, and the prompt is written to leave those things out entirely. Second, there's a hard rule built into it: anything it's unsure about goes at the bottom of the email under "needs your OK" instead of into the list. It flags, it doesn't guess. You stay the one who decides what leaves the building.
What if it just makes things up?
It can't cite a source it doesn't have. Every item in the digest has to point at the exact email, message or calendar event it came from, with a date attached. If it can't do that, the rule is to leave the item out rather than fill the gap with something that sounds right. So if something lands that you don't recognise, you can go and check it in about five seconds.
