Hey Team,

We are looking for an Admin & SMM VA to support our growing Social Media Agency. This is a project based role with the potential to become ongoing work. 10 hours over 4 x weeks.

About the role

I am getting bogged down in the tedious tasks and need some help taking these off my plate so I can focus on marketing & sales for our business. We are needing someone with knowledge of Social Media Marketing and business administration.

Tasks we need help with:

  • Email Management 
  • Creating documents using word, excel, canva for clients and our own business
  • Researching content for client projects (reels, hooks, trending audio)
  • Supporting our OBM with admin tasks
  • Cleaning up & organising files/documents & helping to create our CRM
  • Social Media Scheduling using Metricool
  • Set up Manychat & Flodesk

Good Knowledge & skills with:

  • Canva
  • Flodesk
  • Manychat
  • Metricool
  • Asana/Notion/Monday.com or similar tools

Bonus skills desireable

  • Xero
  • Podcasting – editing/Buzzsprout
